Bulder Projectbureau a.k.a. Lowlands Management is a Dutch company that specializes in the management of large-scale events and projects of a cultural character.
Apart from a variety of projects in Europe and Asia, Bulder is and has been involved in a number of widely diverse projects in the US Mid West region. In the City of Holland, MI, Bulder was working with city officials and market parties on the realization of an ambitious plan to build a northern Netherlands village on Windmill Island; for the Pella, IA Historical Society Lowlands was working on plans for the relocation of a historic Dutch windmill; with St Norbert College in De Pere, WI, Lowlands has been preparing a cultural and academic event; in both Michigan and Wisconsin business desks were considered to partner with Lowlands' Michigan Desk to stimulate an economic exchange.
